Becareful and stay away: Update at 1420hrs, 13th Jan 24 - After posting original review, received call from front office manager Mr. Shailesh and he wanted to know problem and meet me. Immediately a guy came sir do you want anything, i explained him about abother problem which I told FO manager that duvet cover and bedsheets has bubbles and not comfortable. So he can replace it when I have taken bath and to come after an hour. I went down around noon to meet Mr. Shailesh and explained him and went out, came back at 1.30pm but no housekeeping was done. Wanted to do some work on my laptop, but wifi user id 128001 and password 128001 was not working. I called back reception and was told that he will create new user id and call me right back. It's 30 minutes, no user id and password. So on the whole hotel is worst, pathetic on each aspect. Never to come back to hotel. Original review: Once I entered today morning, I was shocked that it did not loom 5 star hotel from any angle. Breakfast is below average and tasteless, cold too. Cheese sandwich felt like it was made few days before. Bread was too dry. Idli podi was frozen as if it was not made with good quality of ghee or oil. Mixed paratha was cold and kind of steamed too due to close lid of warmer and tasteless. Upma too was cold. While I had reservation from previous night, receptionist said I'll have to pay for today's breakfast, strange. I called up yesterday 2pm and requested for 2 single beds which they agreed but was given a king bedded room. the positive reviews 5 & 4 stars are paid reviews which is a big industry in content writing. If you check any negative review, those will match with my feelings. When I was leaving hotel around 12.30pm, F&B manager came running, sir please review your negative rating and he offered me bribe of free lunch or dinner which I declined.
